Prawn Ryder

This is the exciting Second Episode of Lorien’s Cookery Corner. Now with added jingle. Prawn Ryder is an exotic, pan Asian seafood dish, inspired by Sean Ryder’s teeth, pre-op.
On retrospect, this dish should probably have come with a twist of melon, but I’ve only just thought of the pun now, sadly. Ingredients are as follows:

  • Red chillies
  • A handful of Sugar snap peas
  • Half a Lime
  • Touch of salt (to taste)
  • One clove of Garlic
  • Thumb sized piece of root Ginger
  • One cup of Coriander
  • Half of a Red pepper
  • 2 Spring Onions
  • 2 cups of Jasmine Rice
  • 10 fresh Prawns
  • Quarter of a tin of Coconut Milk
  • Tablespoon of Tamarind, in a cup of boiling water

It’s easy to make and superfast to prepare, so use the video wisely and make yourself a lovely dish of Prawn Ryder. Unless you’re vegetarian.

When a prawn gets lime in the eye, does it feel pain?
