This is the exciting Second Episode of Lorien’s Cookery Corner. Now with added jingle. Prawn Ryder is an exotic, pan Asian seafood dish, inspired by Sean Ryder’s teeth, pre-op.
On retrospect, this dish should probably have come with a twist of melon, but I’ve only just thought of the pun now, sadly. Ingredients are as follows:
- Red chillies
- A handful of Sugar snap peas
- Half a Lime
- Touch of salt (to taste)
- One clove of Garlic
- Thumb sized piece of root Ginger
- One cup of Coriander
- Half of a Red pepper
- 2 Spring Onions
- 2 cups of Jasmine Rice
- 10 fresh Prawns
- Quarter of a tin of Coconut Milk
- Tablespoon of Tamarind, in a cup of boiling water
It’s easy to make and superfast to prepare, so use the video wisely and make yourself a lovely dish of Prawn Ryder. Unless you’re vegetarian.
