This is the exciting Second Episode of Lorien’s Cookery Corner. Now with added jingle. Prawn Ryder is an exotic, pan Asian seafood dish, inspired by Sean Ryder’s teeth, pre-op.
On retrospect, this dish should probably have come with a twist of melon, but I’ve only just thought of the pun now, sadly. Ingredients are as follows:

Red chillies

A handful of Sugar snap peas

Half a Lime

Touch of salt (to taste)

One clove of Garlic

Thumb sized piece of root Ginger

One cup of Coriander

Half of a Red pepper

2 Spring Onions

2 cups of Jasmine Rice

10 fresh Prawns

Quarter of a tin of Coconut Milk

Tablespoon of Tamarind, in a cup of boiling water

It’s easy to make and superfast to prepare, so use the video wisely and make yourself a lovely dish of Prawn Ryder. Unless you’re vegetarian.
